My Experience with Mr Windsor was first class, from my initial consultation right the way through my operation and beyond has been superb, everything was explained to me in detail and fully understood by myself.

Mr Windsor was there for our emergency admission even went to look for a wheelchair to move to the floor and my room, on a late Friday evening. Amazing just wanted to get me settled and drugs arranged to aid my recovery.

Would trust anyone else but, Alistair Windsor or Ed Westcott or their team.

It is difficult to describe my experience of the care provided by Mr Windsor and his exceptional team because it is such a personal thing. However, Al (he doesn't remain "Mr Windsor" for long!) is an incredibly smart, talented and creative surgeon. His willingness to take on a difficult case, and to deal with it in a way that made me feel listened to, understood, part of the team, created a relaxing environment within which to have respectful dialogue, and to develop a plan. His surgical skills are second to none, and his ability to adapt, and literally think on his feet, have made a positive, life-changing difference to me. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Mr Windsor. He and his team have consistently provided the most professional, patient-centred care that I have ever experienced and I am hugely grateful to the whole team for their compassion...and sense of humour, something that can so often be lacking in difficult situations.
