I was a very nervous patient due to my childhood surgery experiences but, Mr Ali set me totally at ease with his professionalism and positive attitude and it has cured my anxiety

Mr Ali gave me confidence in his expertise and professionalism from the moment I had my first consultation. Everything was very well explained from the beginning and through my biopsy to my last consultation. Despite having some medical problems I was put at ease at every stage of my treatment. I hope I will remain under Mr Ali for any future treatment I may need.

Mr Ali was lovely explaining everything along the way before and after my op and putting my mind at rest. Should I ever need a urology specialist again I would travel miles to see him. Even though it meant I would have had to wait several more weeks for my op he arranged an extra theatre opening so that I could get relief ASAP which happened within days. I can’t praise him highly enough a wonderful man and consultant.

I was referred to Mr Ali by my GP some nine weeks ago now. I find it difficult to find the correct words to express how grateful I am to him. From my first appointment with Mr Ali his professionalism his caring and compassion made me realise I was being looked after by someone very special. In subsequent appointments all his qualities mentioned previously here are more than evident together with a reassuring smile that can also be seen in Mr Ali’s eyes , all this I found had a much needed calming effect and has made me more than extremely grateful to Mr Ali .

I met Mr Ali for an initial consultation and I was immediately struck with his assured, approachable manner . His expertise and professionalism were totally apparent and he explained the process with clarity . On the day of the operation he once again ran through his thoughts and the procedure and from an ordinary patient's perspective I was totally calm and relaxed in his hands ..the day after the operation once again he visited me to explain how everything had gone on the day and what the plan was for the after care . I know this must feel routine for someone like Mr Ali but to an everyday person going into the unknown like myself his whole manner and professionalism took away any concerns and worries that I may have had .. Once again I would like to thank him and all the staff for the caring,professional and expert care I received throughout the whole process.

I have been so pleased with Mr Ali since meeting him on the day of an operation. His aftercare has been outstanding. He has seen me for a follow up once already and I am due to see him again in several weeks. He is personable, uses plain English, I have never felt rushed and just generally couldn't praise him or thank him enough.

I was pleased to be operated on by Mr Ali. I was very pleased with his style and capability during my initial diagnostic consultation. Mr Ali paid particular attention during my recovery, visiting 3 times on the Sunday after my Operation to follow up on my progress and to satisfy himself of my well being before he discharged me. I am very happy with his prompt and excellent attention throughout, and the very good outcome, and throughout I have found his approach easy to understand and welcoming. Although I hope to have no need, I would be more than happy to be treated again by him!!

Mr Ali was both professional and personable throughout my whole experience; making me feel at ease through listening and understanding my needs and concerns as well as being very transparent in sharing his knowledge of my diagnosis and presenting all relevant options.
