I was anxious and stressed with my situation, but Dr Ali immediately reassured me the news wasn't really bad. He re-examined me and then patiently explained my MRI which was very caring and helpful. Follow up now feels much less stressful. Shout out also to his secretary Linda who took my anxiety on board and reassuringly arranged a swift well explained consultation.

He certainly understood my problem and explained the diagnosis, what tests to do and what medication would be recommended. He then personally executed one of those tests in an impeccable manner.
