When I visited Mr Rumian I was in a lot of pain and couldn’t really think straight. He listened to me carefully, was very polite, kind and professional. He identified the problem and reassured me that everyone with this condition (calcific tendonitis) has severe pain. It was dealt with the next day at the same hospital. Mr Rumian’s secretary, Kim, was very efficient and kind too.

Overall a great experience in a lovely hospital.
