I broke my shoulder and met Mr Gulihar who put me at ease. He was extremely competent and explained the whole process of treatment step by step. I found him informative. The break has now healed, thanks to Mr Gulihar's excellent advice and I am being followed up with physio. He was friendly and approachable.
