On meeting Mr Gulihar he identified two issues with my hand, trigger thumb and a tendon both restricting movement in my thumb. He was knowledgeable about both conditions and was able to relate the conditions to my diabetes. This made me very confident in going ahead with the surgery. The operation date was very quick and whilst preparing for the operation Mr Gulihar came to the room to talk me through the operation. Directly after the operation he came to the bedside to explain what had happened and all went well. During the follow up appointment Mr Gulihar explained how to look after my thumb for best recovery and answered all my questions. I would certainly recommend Mr Gulihar as a consultant
