Miss Richardson is an amazingly talented Dr, very informative, goes above and beyond to make you feel cared for and makes you feel heard and sympathised with and confident in her care. She fantastic with all her patients. I actually look forward to my treatments with her.

Miss Richardson has been exceptional! She is understanding and very good at explaining what is happening to my eyes. She is extremely thorough in examining her patients and follows this up by making sure everything is explained to you.

She is a brilliant doctor, superb in her job and behaviour. She beautiful person inside out.

Very good. She realised that there were some "red flags" in my condition and suggested performing some investigations which were useful to clarify the diagnosis. She informed me about the sults immediately and, although they are not good, I found her quite supportive.

I couldn’t thank doctor Richardson more she went out of her way to help me. Gave me her mobile telephone number if I had any problems to call her. I have know many doctor but she’s one in a million!

I can’t recommend Miss Richardson enough. I went to see her as a second opinion as, despite having multiple treatments from a different ophthalmologist (for diabetic neuropathy), my eyesight was deteriorating. She listened carefully to my story and immediately knew the issues I was having and put me at ease by creating a clear management plan. She explained things in a way that I found easy to understand. Her knowledge and experience were second to none and now I am under her care, I won’t look back. She has given me a great deal of confidence that my retinopathy and cataracts can be managed and my sight will improve. I feel very lucky to be under her care. Miss Richardson has a fantastic bed side manner and is clearly dedicated to her patients. I genuinely think she is a fantastic specialist, someone equally good technical and communication skills which is something I’ve struggled to find elsewhere.
