Apart from improving the symptoms of dry skin sleeping problems and general aches and pains bio identical hormones have transformed my life . They have been the major reason that my severe osteoporosis is now just osteopenia. I also take Vit D3 and K2 and do regular weight bearing and resistance training exercise classes. Tania treated me with the MLT for vaginal atrophy. My treatment from Tania Adib has been absolutely life changing. Having suffered for many years with what I now know to be hormonally mediated vulvodynia, I am now pain free thanks to the treatment I have been given.
