Miss Ivaz was able to see my mother soon after covid-19 medical consultation relaxations were permitted. My mother had quite a distressful few weeks often passing urine every hour to two hours. And complaining of burning and UTI symptoms. These didn't get picked up at the GP surgery and not all infections are via the standard strip tests. Miss Ivaz gave a thorough physical examination of her abdomen and pelvic areas, which was very reassuring, as we waited for eventual CT diagnostics. And it was finally good to see a physician in person, with the various PPE precautions in place. Miss Ivaz was very sympathetic, informative and gave us a strategy to address mother's symptoms. The eventual tweaking of prescription short term to deal with the UTI made a remarkable difference, and much of mother's symptoms are under control. She was also kind enough to suggest mother see an Endocrinologist as urinary and diabetic health can be connected. We are very satisfied and wish her and her patients good health.
