Miss Mall was very patient and explained the operation in detail and spent time explaining all the tests she was doing in my eyes.The follow up appointment also went smoothly.

I was happy with how my surgery went even though the injection of the anaesthetic was very painful. I had some bruising afterwards that I wasn’t expecting nor pre-warned about.
Thank you for your review. I am glad to hear that you are happy with the results of your surgery. As a point of clarification I always pre-warn patients of the risk of bleeding, it is the bleeding that has caused the bruising that you experienced. Unfortunately administering the anaesthetic is painful which I always inform patients about this prior to administration. This discomfort unfortunately cannot be avoided. Dr Mall is absolutely excellent . She was extremely patient and caring towards me and kept me calm during the consultation and the surgery. I was very nervous and Dr Mall eased all my concerns and equally was excellent . My eye so far seems to be doing exceptionally well Dr Mall has done an excellent job on my surgery
