I am 62, tall and have always looked after my health. As a young girl, I was always athletic, enjoying sports and very much an ‘outdoor girl’. I was confident and strong. However, about 4 years ago my breast size increased from DD to G and I was suffering back and shoulders pain as a result. As my upper figure became heavy and disproportionate, my confidence suffered. I had breast augmentation performed by Lisa Sacks. I was 29 years old and although I had always considered breast augmentation, I was at a stage in my life where I was confident in the decision to accept the risks associated with the surgery. I was tired of trying to hide my flat chest and my perception of being 'abnormal' affected me on a daily basis. Having met Lisa Sacks, I was also confident that I had found the right surgeon, whom I trusted completely. I now feel content with my body shape due to Lisa's skill and expertise providing me with a natural looking result, in proportion with my frame. The daily stress has disappeared and I enjoy wearing feminine clothes that I shyed away from before. Most importantly, prior to surgery I could not contemplate having a baby due to my fears of exposing my chest. I am now however successfully and proudly breastfeeding my daughter with confidence! Due to my positive experience I cannot recommend Lisa Sacks enough to anyone considering having breast augmentation.

I had my breast lift and augmentation in August 2018 and the surgery I received has been life changing! All through adulthood I had fairly large breasts on a petite frame, but since having my children (now aged 3 & 6) my breasts dramatically reduced in size and became saggy and wrinkled. This meant that I struggled to find bras to fit (as the base of the breast still similar size but not upper fullness), I felt self conscious whilst being intimate with my husband and just really missed my full breasts! Having the surgery has made me feel like myself again. Bras and clothes fit perfectly, intimacy has greatly improved, my self confidence has soared and my breasts are no longer itchy (I think this must of had something to do with the loose skin I had). Lisa and her team are absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend her. I felt incredibly informed and taken care of every step of the way.

I had breast augmentation and uplift in May 2017. I have pectus excavatum (large hollow in chest) which has greatly affected my confidence throughout my adult life. Wearing a bra was so uncomfortable and I had to keep adjusting myself. I would never wear swimwear in public and I couldn’t wear clothes that had a v neck. I had a rhinoplasty when I was 67. I had always had a prominent nose in adult life but, for various reasons, my nose had become distorted making it difficult to breathe through one nostril, particularly when I lay down. My profile was also very different viewed from each side. Consultations with Miss Sacks were informative, reassuring, easy and friendly. Being able to see computer generated images of a straightened, slightly less prominent nose was very helpful and convinced me to go forward with the operation. Other than some considerable bleeding into the sinus area there was very little discomfort after the first 12 hours post-op. The subsequent bruising lasted only about 2 weeks. The re-constructed shape is strong and perfect for my face. Five years later I am still able to breathe easily and am delighted with the outcome. The small amount of discomfort and the expense was worth it all.

Lisa has changed my life, for many years I had been very self conscious of what I looked like ‘down there’ and had thought about getting labiaplasty many times before I finally plucked up the courage to book a consultation. I was embarrassed and actually felt like I was being a drama queen- why couldn’t I just be happy and confident with what my vagina looked like?! Straight away Lisa put me at ease, I explained to her my reasons why, both for the physical appearance and because it caused discomfort. Lisa shown me photos of work she had done and eased my anxiety. I had a few consultations with Lisa before the surgery and went through exactly what I hope did to achieve. On the day of surgery she came and saw me, including my mother who has also attended. I was grateful for Lisa as she spoke to my mother and eased her anxiety that I was doing this for the right reasons. When I woke up from surgery I only had slight discomfort when going to the toilet, I was allowed to leave the same day. She gave me very strict instructions on the recovery process and kept in contact with me via phone. I’m now 5 months post surgery and the results are far better than I ever imagined. I only experienced slight discomfort in the first two weeks, after that I just ensured to take it easy. This surgery and Lisa have changed my life. I’m more confident, comfortable and overall happier in my life because of it. Which admittedly may sound dramatic but this has honestly been a saving grace, I would spend hours worrying over the appearance, never allowing partners to see it, avoided situations where it would be seen (I’ve always wanted to get a wax!). Now I don’t even think twice about it. Lisa is professional, caring and overall a very good doctor.

I am 42, 5ft2 and have had 6 children. My youngest child was 5 at the time of my surgery. I have had 4 natural births and 2 Caesarean sections. I had all 6 children in 9 years. My tummy had large muscle separation and with my caesarean scar too, I disliked the way I looked. As my family was complete, I looked into having a tummy tuck. I feel younger, sexier, lighter and most of all, happy with the way I look. A year ago, I went on to have a breast reduction through Lisa too. Needless to say, I’m overjoyed with the results and am even in bikinis. No more wired bras required or ‘muffin top’ anymore!
