I thought you were young, but wow you really proved to me that despite the age, you are SO good at what you do. You helped me through the most difficult time in my life and I will forever be grateful to you

I was very apprehensive about therapy however, Juandri made me feel very comfortable immediately. She changed my view on mental health and psychology. She helped me through one of the most confusing and difficult phases of my life. She was a constant empathetic presence, she would check on me when I felt too low to show up to therapy and she helped me understand my emotions and behaviours and left me with better coping behaviours. If ever something came up again I would feel comfortable to know I have enough understand to deal with my difficulties, but if not, I would choose to go back to her. Thank you for making my story feel heard and understood.
