Mr Louis is always very professional and efficient with very good explanations throughout the whole procedure and appointment. During the beginning sit down appointment relevant questions regarding follow ups that may be due are always discussed, reassuring me that the notes have been read and any previous or current concerns are always re-addressed and/or discussed. This is always very reassuring. Any questions i have are always answered with due care and attention, again reassuring me that as a patient my requirements are always noted and considered.

Upon entry, Dr Louis apologised for being late and I appreciated the acknowledgement. It was warm and sincere. Before the examination, the explanations and diagrams were lucid. During the examination once again, I was put at ease. The conversation was sincere and was directed at my profession, which warmed my heart immensely. I came away having learnt something from the good doctor. I was told what to expect step by step and I honestly appreciated the manner in which I was approached. I give thanks to god for this doctor.
