Karen M. brings over a decade of experience to her role as a carer and care supervisor. With a deep sense of fulfilment in her work, Karen finds caring for others to be incredibly rewarding. She holds an NVQ level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care and Team Leading. Currently, she is furthering her education by studying levels 4 and 5 in health and social care, showing her dedication to enhancing her skills and knowledge in the field.

Karen's expertise spans a wide range of specialised care areas, including dementia and Alzheimer's care, personal care, end-of-life and palliative care, mental health, autism, diabetes, stroke, progressive supranuclear palsy, cerebral palsy, and more. She is well-versed in promoting person-centred care, pressure ulcer prevention, and continence/incontinence support.

In addition to her clinical skills, Karen is known for her compassionate and understanding nature. She approaches her role with kindness and empathy, striving to not only provide care but also to build meaningful relationships with her clients. She values open communication and actively listens to the needs and preferences of those under her care, promoting their independence and autonomy.
