Mr Juan Agustin Soler Fernandez is a Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic surgeon specialising in hip and knee replacements. He graduated from the School of Medicine at the University of Salamanca, Spain before completing his Basic Surgical Training in Kent. He continued to further his career by undertaking research at University College London Hospital in hip and knee conditions which resulted in various publications in peer-reviewed journals and presentations at global conferences.
He undertook specialist training in Trauma and Orthopaedics in London, afterwards gaining a Fellowship in Hip and Knee Primary and Revision Arthroplasty at the prestigious Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre, part of Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust.
Mr. Soler is currently a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at Gwynedd Hospital, North Wales. He aims to offer surgical excellence by offering patient-centred and personalised treatment to his patients incorporating the latest surgical developments and clinical evidence.
