Very understanding of my problem at initial assessment and able to have operation at a time suitable to myself. On day of operation was kept fully informed on every aspect and post operative healing time was as expected. Very pleased with all parts of the procedure.

It was a very wonderful experience to meet Mr Palin as i have been passed around for years looking for a surgeon to tackle my knees, they had lots of bone growth around them and i were told by a surgeon they were too far gone for him to tackle. Mr Palin just took it in his stride and did a wonderful job . I am very happy and now out of the pain of bone on bone, I would be very happy to help promote his name as i do tell anybody that has knee problems to go see him.

Very professional, kind and caring. He explained how the hip joint works and what the full procedure entailed. The surgery went smoothly and very well. After 3 months I was able to walk 5 miles and felt good. Unfortunately, I had a terrible fall and was in Hospital for a week. My hip didn’t dislocate or fracture, which I was grateful for. Mr. Palan rang me on the ward and said he had reviewed my x ray and reassured me, he then made an appointment for me at The Spire for a checkup with him and to talk through my injury. My NHS Consultant said he had never seen this level of care before. I truly believe Mr. Palan went above and beyond with his care for me and exceeded my expectations, he gave me my life back, for which I will be forever grateful.
