Mr Barnes was friendly and approachable from the first consultation. I was quite scared about hearing the details of the recommended surgery but Mr Barnes explained everything in enough detail so I wasn't squeamish and fully understood what would happen and what to expect. He met with me several times before surgery, on the morning of my surgery and afterwards. It was all a reassuring experience. I had my follow up sessions and again he provided excellent support throughout. I would recommend Mr Barnes for this type of surgery I had without a shadow of a doubt. Jamie was very sympathetic towards my concerns. He explained the whole procedure very carefully, and concisely. I trusted him 100%, to do his best for me and I know he did. He took a lot of time to allay my fears, both before and after surgery.
