I have felt as a unique person from when I first met Mr Hitesh Dabasia, he explained clearly what the next steps would be and said that surgery would be a last resort allowing me all that is possible to heal with medication. On my last follow up appointment he was very pleased with my recovery and said not to hesitate if I required further assistance.

Such a respectful and warm welcome and throughout the appointment I felt cared for, listened to and the injury I had an MRi for was explained very well with clear explanation. I was reassured and given sufficient information about what treatment could happen if the pain returned to unmanageable levels.

Absolutely amazing. Such a friendly, professional experience. I am no longer in pain and really appreciate the work of Mr Dabasia. He has been lovely and thorough from the beginning of the experience. I was made to feel comfortable from the start, everything was explained clearly and concisely and I could not be happier with the outcome.

Very courteous, explained everything in full, very reassuring but also explained the pros and cons to allow me to feel reassured I was making the right decision about my care. And very personable which made me feel at ease.
