From the start I felt confident and involved in the care I was receiving and reassured at every step of my treatment. Mr Yamamoto explained everything clearly and had time to answer my questions. He contacted me the night before the operation to check if I had any questions and after the operation phoned my wife personally to tell her everything went well. I can't fault the care I have received from him.
