Throughout her career, Eva has pursued knowledge and growth, completing her NVQ2 studies to enhance her skills in caregiving. She's covered topics like end-of-life care, diabetes management, dementia, and mental health, eager to provide the best support possible.

To stay resilient in her role, Eva prioritises self-care, with yoga, nature walks, and meditation as integral parts of her routine. Above all, family holds a special place in her heart, especially her four-month-old grandson, whom she adores.
