Dr Ahmed Massoud

Dr Ahmed Massoud is a Consultant Paediatrician and Endocrinologist working both in the NHS and the private sector in London at Northwick Park Hospital. His main interests are general paediatrics, growth disorders, thyroid disorders, pubertal problems and childhood diabetes.

Dr Massoud graduated from University College London, trained in General Paediatrics and completed his sub-speciality training in Paediatric Endocrinology and Diabetes at The Middlesex and Great Ormond Street Hospitals. Dr Massoud also has Postgraduate General Professional Training in General Paediatrics in several London Teaching Hospitals and is a Clinical Research Fellow in Paediatric Endocrinology at the Middlesex Hospital.

Outside his clinical work, he is an Honorary Senior Lecturer in Child Health at Imperial College School of Medicine and has written various publications (chapters and articles in peer-reviewed journals) in the field of Paediatric Endocrinology. He is an immediate past Chairman of the RCPCH Speciality Advisory Committee for Paediatric Endocrinology and Diabetes.
