Dr Brincat was very welcoming and understanding, he made me feel at ease right away and immediately felt like someone I could talk openly to. After describing my situation to him, his initial thoughts about the diagnosis turned out to be spot on. I had a lot of questions and he was more than happy to answer all of them to great detail which made me feel very safe and looked after and really calmed my anxiety. Also very importantly I felt like he genuinely cared about my well being, I’m grateful he was my doctor in my time of need.

Dr Brincat was very thorough in his analysis and explanation of what had happened with my AKI. He was already aware of my situation due to his links to St George’s where I had been having NHS treatment but despite that he still did his own detailed analysis of the situation, running through everything from start to finish and doing his own additional tests. He was able to bring some clarity to the situation and explain the next steps clearly.
