Great care and attention to my daughters issue

A very warm and welcoming consultant, who took the time to listen to my son’s issue. She explained the process we need to follow and answered our questions in a clear manner. We felt very reassured that she will be able to help us, and I would highly recommend Dr D’Cruz.

Dr. D´ Cruz was very dedicated and friendly. The only reason I don´t give her 5 stars is that there have been some administrative hiccups (having to follow up on emails, etc.).

Listened to our concerns, very thorough and lovely manner with my daughter.

She was wonderful at interacting with my Daughter but also explaining to me everything i needed to know. I didn't feel rushed, and the process was very thorough. My daughter had felt nervous about showing someone her privates after the GP had been very short and direct with her but with Dr D'Cruz it was completely different. She was wonderful, couldn't have asked for more.

Dr D’Cruz was so kind and helpful. We have been to the PMH before and I can honestly say I would definitely request to see her again if we ever needed it. Thank you so much for being so efficient and kind.

During this current climate, we made an appointment with Dr D'Cruz, as it was impossible to be seen by our own GP. We were seen very promptly. She explained everything and we left feeling very re-assured. I would definitely recommend Dr D'Cruz.

Dr D’Cruz was outstanding in the care she provided for my daughter. Her manner was kind and warm and she spoke directly to my daughter concerning the issue. Her expertise and knowledge was very reassuring and appropriate tests were organised immediately. She also helped us understand the results and really helped get things moving in the next stage of my daughter’s care. It was apparent that she really cares for her patients and I cannot recommend her enough.

I approached Dr. D’Cruz for expert opinion about my daughters ongoing chronic condition. Dr. D’Cruz provided an excellent context to my daughters condition during our consultation. My daughter felt completely at ease during the consultation. I left the consultation with a clear plan of action for my daughters chronic illness. In the 2 months since the consultation with Dr. D’Cruz, my daughters condition has improved significantly. I would like to thank Dr. D’Cruz for her advise, and the improvements my daughter has experienced in her wellbeing.
