Professional and empathetic

I had an appointment with Dr Shruti Goel 15/02/2024 for BP and kidney issues She was very helpful and professional she asked me every detail of my medical condition and explained how I can help myself to reduce my BP like stopping salt intake exercising

Dr Shruti Goel checked all my previous test results thoroughly, as well as my health conditions and, the possibility of CKD. She was really helpful, and explained all the results / data, and how I should pay attention to my kidney health in the future.

Dr Goel was really amazing! She took the time to explain the issue, hear the concerns and provided a detailed explanation of the issue and addressed any other fears/concerns. She also discussed some health concerns beyond the specific issue and provided guidance. It really felt personal and i am really glad I visited her.

Satisfactory but not thorough

Dr Shruti was very clear and informative, and listened to everything we had to say. She did her best to make sure we understood the situation, while at the same time ensuring that we didn't get too ahead of ourselves thinking about future steps.

Dr. Goel was thorough, straightforward and professional in dealing with my medical issue. I felt at ease knowing that she was an expert in her area.

Dr Goel is very empathetic and takes her time to explain any difficult questions that you might have. I feel very comfortable having her guide me through my lifelong diagnosis.
