Dear Dr Sen and team, This is a Thank you note to express my appreciation of your exemplary care since the diagnosis of my aortic stenosis early in 2018. Throughout that year I was under your methodical watchful eye with frequent consultations and ECG'S Echograms, body scans, In preparations for the eventual TAVI. I was a hospital virgin having lived 84 years without having been hospitalised and have to confess that I anticipated the even with a degree of dread. The experience of my TAVI at the Hammersmith Hospital in March had largely dissipated my apprehension, Thanks to your expertise, your good humour and your buoyant team spirit.

Dear Dr Sen, I've been meaning to write to you for a long time to properly thank you for the excellent care you provided for my father. You were extremely thorough and careful, as well as patient with him. He was feeling anxious due to the ordeal he had suffered at the hands of his doctors abroad, where he had an intra-procedural myocardial infarction, and inadequate stenting. You gained his trust and managed to correct the stenting which must have been technically very challenging. He commented that the procedure experience under your care was worlds apart from his previous experiences, he felt calm and confident in you and your team. My father has been going from strength to strength since then. Due to your excellent skills and manner, my father is gaining confidence again as well as fitness.
