I just wanted to thank you for the help and understanding you have shown me during our recent coaching sessions.

Dr Sarah Jane was in my corner, sorting out my well-being, before I even realised I needed someone in my corner. She is very calm, kind and reassuring and gave me the confidence and understanding of how to advocate for myself. She was the critical support person in my recovery from burnout, sign-posting the issues I could explore and the tools I could use to help myself independently on an ongoing basis. She was also a firm voice, reminding me of what's realistic and to put myself first, whenever I wobbled. That constant reminder has helped it to sink in and finally start to break down old habits and beliefs that have been quite destructive but ingrained for a long time. I'm really appreciative that it was Dr Sarah Jane who recognised the hole I was in and advocated so strongly for me to get well. Thank you so much.

My experience with Dr Sarah Jane has been nothing short of fantastic. Her calming personality really allowed me to feel heard and understood. Dr Sarah Jane asked open questions and explored a range of topics, leading the conversation where necessary and allowing me the space to shape the topics where appropriate - the balance and exchange of which was seamless. The conversations flowed and I really felt comfortable to express and explore my true thoughts in a safe, unjudgemental environment. I've learned a lot, have been challenged to think differently, and have come away from the experience more knowledgeable, with a greater understanding of self, and armed with a toolkit of small tools and techniques to implement in to my every day life. Thank you Sarah Jane, I'm very grateful for the time we have spent together and would recommend you to everyone.

My experience with Dr Sarah Jane has been wonderful. From the initial consultation where she made me feel comfortable to several sessions later where I felt a positive shift in my overall well-being. When I met Sarah Jane I was struggling with a lack of self confidence, afraid to be myself, afraid of rejection, afraid of being judged, sounding and looking stupid and generally I was my own worst enemy, perpetually putting myself down and talking myself out of things that I thought were “out of my reach!” Through working with Sarah Jane I can truly say that I have found my strength, I have found my voice and I am no longer afraid to be unapologetically me! Not only has my self confidence grown but my relationships are flourishing, with my friends, family and partner. My work life has changed for the better, I have a new job, wonderful colleagues and I have had a pay rise too! I am truly grateful to have found Sarah Jane and would highly recommend her to anyone who might be feeling stuck or lacking in self confidence just like I was. I first came to see Dr.Sarah-Jane around 18 months ago in a state of desperation after having gone through successful cancer treatment and after my wife had suffered a miscarriage. I had sought help from other therapists but I wasn’t noticing much change in my mood or outlook. I immediately found Dr Sarah Jane warm and empathetic. I was impressed with Sarah-Jane’s ability to ween out the route of my mental health struggles and with how she helped me view traumatic memories with a fresh, more constructive prospective. I’m incredibly grateful for the support Dr Sarah Jane has provided. Thanks to her guidance I’m now in a much better place mentally and armed with insightful tools to utilise when going through difficult periods in the future.
