Dr. Chowdhary seen may the same day I made the appointment. He was very nice and understanding and took the time to listen to me, and explained in depth what scans, ​etc that I would need. He also explained what follow up that was required. I would definitely recommend Dr khan if you had a cardiologist problem

In November 2017 I suffered a cardiac arrest and was admitted to Wythenshawe Hospital where Dr Saqib Chowdhary performed an emergency procedure to insert a stent in a narrowed artery. The procedure was extremely successful and I am now enjoying good health and exercising regularly. The follow up consultations have proved to be very reassuring and I have total confidence in Dr Chowdhary's expertise as a Consultant Cardiologist.

Dr. Chowdhary treated me for a heart attack in March 2018. This review is a little late but I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Chowdhary for saving my life. If it were not for his expertise, experience and skill I would not be here today. I have nothing but respect and admiration for all the medical profession but when it comes to specialising in the various fields of the human anatomy then Dr. Chowdhary is first class in the field of cardiology. I would recomend this doctor to anybody with problems within his field. He is also a thoroughly nice chap as well.

After visiting my local Cardiology Unit with chest pains and shortness of breath I decided to see Mr Chowdhary to speed up the diagnostic process. The appointment came through within one week during which Mr Chowdhary carefully assessed all my previous notes, performed a number of tests including ECG and then explained to me very clearly the possibilities from my symptoms and the results of the test. Mr Chowdhary recommended an Angiogram with the potential of an Angioplasty to be carried out during the same procedure, he also changed my medication which relieved my symptoms within a few days. We did the Angiogram with 3 weeks which was a very quick and painless procedure with no after effects. Unfortunately the results meant that I will need a heart bypass but I gained huge relief from knowing my condition giving me the opportunity to manage it better. My overall experience was excellent, Mr Chowdhary is not only an expert in his field but also has very good interpersonal skills. I would certainly recommend Mr Chowdhary to anyone experiencing the same symptoms as me.

I am 82 & have had heart problems since 1984,having bypass surgery in 1984 at Wythenshawe Hospital. Since when I have had 2 ops and numerous angiograms.When I became ill again & was referred to Dr S Chowdhary I did not have much hope of improvement.He took on my very difficult case, & was determined to remove my severe heart blockages.His explation of treatment has always been clear & easily understood,& his determination to help with a diifficult case is admirable. His expertise in performing two coplicated and lengthy angiograms plus angioplasty has left me with a good quality of life for which I am most grateful.I would reccomend him to any of my family or friends.
