I had a consultation via zoom with Dr. Rito. It was most helpful and fulfilling. Doctor took the time to explain everything and made the consultation very easy and i understood everything that was explained to me. Maybe this should be the future.

Charming man talks directly covering each point carefully. Put my interests first and took care to explain the procedures along with possible time delays due to COVID. I was left feeling confident that the advice given was correct.

After what I believed to be quite major concerns, Dr Mitra was able to go through my symptoms and assure me that in his opinion, it was unlikely to be specifically heart related and he would carry out a number of tests to analyse. The likelihood of Skeltalmuscular pains is apparent from history and this along with potential abdomen impacts could well be the cause. Point being here that my initial fears have been well delayed resulting in less panic and an action plan to establish real cause.

Dr Mitra was very professional, friendly. He explained my condition well and put myself at ease during the consultation. Dr Mitra answered all of my questions fully and explained the future processes, options that could be available to me.

The consultant gave a very good explanation of my condition and was totally professional treating myself with respect in all said.

Dr Mitra was very clear with explaining the diagnosis of my heart problem, he advised that he would arrange for a heart scan, I have already received an appointment within four days so great service, I feel that I am in very capable hands which is reassuring at this difficult time.

This was my first experience of a Zoom meeting and I was very apprehensive about it. I needn't have been!. Dr Mitra had a very informal manner and put me at my ease immediately. He listened patiently whilst I explained the problem and asked relevant questions without interrupting my flow. I felt he was really listening to my concerns and understood my frustrations that, at this unprecedented time, I had been unable to date to participate in the relevant tests which may help a diagnosis. He seemed to appreciate that though I am of an advanced age, the quality of my life is still very important and I need to understand why my health has deteriorated over the last 4 - 5 months or so. He was very reassuring that the cause of the problem can and will be traced. He has given me confidence that the situation will be sorted. Thank you so much Dr Mitra.
