Overall experience has been spontaneous with positive results so far. Dr Ratnavel possesses excellent communication skills which makes him approachable, informative and friendly. He doesn’t only provide physical treatment for his patients but rather a holistic treatment, which is what makes him stand out more in his professional field. He is an excellent and skilled Dr who has high standard patient manner and is supportive to his patients! Finally as a nursing student,I must say that he has a very high standards of integrity and professional practice and I’ve always found/noticed his dealings with his patients (including me) to be professional, courteous and kind! Last but not least, I have learned a lot of new things from him as a patient as well as a nursing student.

Very good manner with patients-puts one at ease; does not rush you out the door; easy to speak to; gives clear answers and advice to questions and puts in context. Sees the issue from the patient’s perspective: in my experience this is a rare skill in the medical profession.

I liked Dr Ratnavel’s professional and informative advice combined with his friendly and relaxing manner. He made everything really easy to understand and when giving a diagnosis he offered extra information relating to my existing health problem. I found this interesting and helpful.

Ravi made us feel most welcome & treated my son (14) like the young adult he is, providing the right level of reassurance and explaining pre/post surgery requirements.
