She was friendly and efficient. She clearly has a lot of experience because she told me about a trauma to the mole that I had completely forgotten about! Very relieved to receive the all clear following the biopsy. And she had correctly told me beforehand that she was confident that the outcome of the histology test would be that the mole, which she removed at my request, was not malignant. From the moment it was removed I have not even felt a twitch. And I felt very comfortable during the brief process of removal.
