Rachel was able to provide a prompt diagnosis to my wrist pain and administered the necessary injection there and then - a very efficient process. Rachel has a lovely bedside manner, personable and professional.

Dr Rachel Byng-Maddick provided a full and greatly appreciated explanation of pains I have experienced most of my life. Whilst I have spoken to a rheumatologist before and recieved some of the insight Rachel shared, this time I left fully understanding my diagnosis and the options I have available. For the first time in 22 years it feels settled. Rachel was very helpful in explaining which parts of my experience that were common and which were uncommon.
