I scheduled an online/remote appointment and waited one week to be seen. At the appointed date and time, Dr. Kapellou did not show up. Neither did she cancel or reschedule ahead of time or around the time the appointment was due. Her assistant was unreacheable on the phone. I tried calling Portland appointments number (from Dr. Kapellou's PA's email signature) and was redirected two times to the "correct number" then put on hold for more than 15 minutes (at which point I hung up). One hour after the appointment was supposed to be over, dr. Kapellou's assistant called and offered to reschedule, but I decided to pass.

Dr Kapellou is amazing paediatrician trustworthy and confidential. The best!!!!

Dr Kapellou has been our daughters’ paediatrician since they were born (they are now 2 and 4 years old). Very professional, up to date, friendly, and really quick and accesible to respond to regular check-ups and ad hoc consultation requests related to our children’s health. Overall, outstanding. We could not be happier.

Dr Olga Kapellou is always very thorough when examining our baby. She checks everything and never disregards our worries. She helped us when our son had bronchitis and the NHS doctors were "examining" him over the phone telling us it's a cold and will pass after a couple of days. We trust her with our baby boy and we're very happy that we have found her. We highly recommend her.

She has very friendly manner that means I feel so comfortable with her to discuss anything that I am thinking! She helped us so much with our baby’s problems!

I have been seeing Dr Kappellou with my 6 months old son since he was only few weeks old. My son had feeding problems but GP, midwives, health visitors all were saying that my baby is fine but I was sure that something was wrong. After thorough examination Dr Kapellou has identified the tongue tie and silent reflux straight away. She referred us to the brilliant surgeon. It was indeed the tongue tie and I personally regret for not seeing Dr Kapellou earlier... Since then Dr Kappelou has helped my son with the skin problem and also helping us on the weaning journey introducing allergens. I would definitely recommend Dr Kappellou.  She is knowledgeable, caring, personable and my son always smiles when he sees Dr Kappelou.

Dr Kapellou has helped me a lot with my preterm baby who had issues with reflux and overall development. Dr Kapellou is knowledgeable, caring and a really nice person. I can't thank her enough for giving the right treatment to my son and providing guidance to myself.
