Dr Kapellou has been our paediatrician for 7 years. She is very professional, knowledgable and compassionate. She listens carefully and with the same attention no matter how minor or major my daughters’ symptoms are; always takes prompt and appropriate action. Despite the fact she is one of the top doctors in her field, we never have had to wait long for appointments. My daughters see their visits to Dr Kapellou as a treat because she has managed to built a relationship of trust with them which I consider priceless.

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Kapellou. Outstanding. After being messed around by health visitors and GP’s for months on end, I took my daughter to see Dr Kapellou and straight away her expertise were able to help my daughter. Dr Kapellou was great with my daughter and tried her best to make her at ease through playing peekaboo with her, which in turn helped me relax. I would highly recommend Dr Kapellou.

I scheduled an online/remote appointment and waited one week to be seen. At the appointed date and time, Dr. Kapellou did not show up. Neither did she cancel or reschedule ahead of time or around the time the appointment was due. Her assistant was unreacheable on the phone. I tried calling Portland appointments number (from Dr. Kapellou's PA's email signature) and was redirected two times to the "correct number" then put on hold for more than 15 minutes (at which point I hung up). One hour after the appointment was supposed to be over, dr. Kapellou's assistant called and offered to reschedule, but I decided to pass.
