Neesha is professional in her area. She took precautions to covid transmission and work very straight covid measure to staff & patients. The only disappointment is the high extra fees during covid time. More, Neesha is knowledgeable to drug that may affect patients detal health if patients have to take certain drug for the purpose to treat other disease. She is willing to communicate with patient's NHS consultant for the best solution for patient . Finally, I would like to appreciate front line admin Roxana. She is friendly, helpful & attentive. Able to work with patient on request and urgent matters. Roxana has a potential to be promoted to be admin manager. She is ambassador of the clinic.
