Dr Robson was excellent when I needed to see him urgently - and provided welcome explanation and reassurance. He made himself available at short notice, and I felt safe under his care. My only comment is that it would have been helpful to have a little more guidance on points to watch out for in future, in particular for example the types of medicine I might need to avoid if prone to kidney issues.

Excellent treatment from the point of booking the consultation to being discharged, every step of the way: booking my app’t took less than 2 minutes, there was availability for the next day, the Dr was understanding that I had trouble finding his practice and flexible to see me for the amount of time that was required, he understood my concerns which were a bit unusual but helped me with them nevertheless by taking time after our consultation to review some medical files I had sent him.

Dr. Robson has been and still is my doctor and consultant regarding the kidney problem I developed some years back, I found him very proficient in dealing with the problem I have.
