Although he had never met me before during our phone call Dr Lowe explained everything to me in a professional manner and was very patient in answering my questions. He also agreed to issue a letter to say I was fit to travel. I believe my phone call was towards the end of a very busy Operating day for him but he treated me as if I was his first case of the day. Dr Lowe was reassuring fight from the start. I was not expecting to have a heart pacemaker fitted and it was thus a shock. He made it easy to understand and gave me confidence. The procedure took place within a couple of days and tests showed that it could have been a very serious situation had quick action not been taken. Dr Lowe and his staff were superb throughout.
