I had a really wonderful experience with Dr Duncan! Following a previous loss and an IVF journey I was very nervous about this pregnancy. Dr Duncan was always so reassuring and knowledgeable. He was always available via WhatsApp to quickly answer any of my questions or concerns. He also offered additional appointments and scans if needed. Our C-section was a really magical and calm experience - it was everything we dreamed it would be! My C-section scar is tiny and has healed really well! I would definitely recommend Dr Duncan to anyone.

We met Dr Duncan in 2019 when we were expecting our first baby after great recommendations from the people we know and trust. We had such a great experience with the whole pre-natal care and delivery (c-section). Even though I gave birth in the peak of the pandemic, he always made himself available and made us feel very safe throughout the process, which was key. Now we just had our second baby delivered by him and once again we couldn’t been more satisfied with his excellent care and service. I had some underling conditions this pregnancy that made us worried but again he was there to guide us through. Had another absolutely AMAZING birth experience (c-section) in a such a great hospital (Portland Hospital) surrounded by very skillful and caring professionals, everything we could have asked and wished for.

He ensured we were properly informed about my health and the baby's progress following every visit. He was always available and quick to respond to any questions we had. Extremely reassuring after a slightly complicated diabetic pregnancy. Kept us very calm after NHS rang various alarm bells unnecessarily. Alway available and very flexible to suit our changing circumstances when my waters broke unexpectedly at 33 weeks. Keith is very personable and stepped in to liaise with other professionals on our behalf at all times and to arrange the correct level of care and lodging at The Portland. If we were to reconsider a third child we would go straight to Keith.
