Efficient and professional

Excellent from start to finish. Made me feel at ease instantly and listened when i was in pain. Great to listen to the team chatting as it helped my anxiety.

Fantastic will recommend friends to family. Feel soo good in myself my family happy with outcome. The care pre op and post was amazing. Nursing staff, domestic , anaesthetic surgeon looked after me.

Excellent communication, care and surgery

Dr Kassam should be rated higher than 5 stars. He is so on the ball and fast at getting treatments sorted. He is very knowledgeable and shows he genuinely cares. I have had the worst morning and as someone who has cancer currently I really just needed a doctor to see me and book me for a scan urgently. Dr Kassam has gone above and beyond to have this all sorted for me in a matter of hours which helped put relief on my family as we are full of anxiety and worry due to my cancer. He is very proactive rather than reactive and really made a difference to the day I started with and how it has ended. God bless this doctor I cannot fault him. Also just to add the first time I met karim was in 2021 and I urgently wanted a lump to be biopsied and to get results. I could not find anyone as efficient and caring as karim. He performed the biopsy within a day of contacting and had my results the next evening. Even though I didn't get good news me and my family always remember how he contributed to saving my life and making sure I was dealt with urgently. God bless doctors like Karim because they are rare and you can feel how much he actually cares for his patients. Also he's always positive which is what I need during the worst days of my life.

Mr Kassam was excellent throughout the planning for my procedure, during and after the procedure. He was reassuring, explained everything very clearly, and followed up afterwards to check on healing and give further advice.
