I was given time to discuss the issues around my condition. we discussed options and pros and cons. We agreed on a plan All done in plain English I left feeling content with the plan.

The consultant was very reassuring describing his intentions for an angiogram. Very informative and supportive.

The service I received was excellent. It very professional, competent and thorough. I was grateful for the clear explanation for and information is given to me about my condition. I was also extremely grateful for the arrangments which Dr De Silva made to have me transferred to the BHI after my condition had deteriorated. This required heart bypass surgery and I am now recovering well. Thank you for all your help.

Particularly positive for me is your willingness to give me a technical picture of my health situation. In particular your analysis, which you have described in terms sympathetic to my level of understanding/knowledge - or lack of it. Copies of letters to my GP. have helped.
