Before Dr. Hoare I had been misdiagnosed by different GPs, taking meds that were not helping my condition and generally in a great deal of discomfort and pain. I was so relieved when I spoke to Dr.Hoare, he gave me an initial diagnosis over Zoom which was later confirmed by the endoscopy procedure. He really went above and beyond any expectation I had. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable and showed a great deal of empathy, which I’m very grateful for as I was feeling anxious and worried about my condition. He prepared me for the procedure so on the day I knew exactly what was going on. The after-care was also very good, he made himself available for further queries.

My experience was excellent; he was very professional; his questions were relevant. He suggested we do a none invasive testing and a phone call to go through the results and come up with a plan. He decided not to charge me a consultation fee on my next appointment, which was very considerate of him since I am paying off pocket.

He listened to my request and the background I gave him & data that I presented. We finished the consultation in a timely manner & I was happy with our plan of campaign.
