My first appointment was a virtual consultation having previously sent Dr Hickey some photos of my condition. After a lengthy conversation about the history of my complaint Dr Hickey recommended some treatment. I received a copy of the clinic letter which was sent to my GP the following day detailing the treatment. The treatment proved successful and there was a follow up phone conversation 6 weeks later to see how I was progressing. I was given the option of contracting Dr Hickey if things changed at a later date. Three months later I contacted Dr Hickey as my condition had deteriorated and had a face to face appointment. This time Dr Hickey was able to see my condition and take some skin samples, he also advised further treatment and a follow up appointment in 10 weeks. Once again I received a copy of the clinic letter detailing the treatment the next day. The response from Dr Hickey has always been quick and his secretary, Caroline, is very efficient and helpful when problems have occurred.
