To be able to have face to face consultations phone and text support when needed has made me feel very well informed and fit in around my hectic work schedule. We recently did our second cycle of IVF with Irfana after a very difficult experience with an NHS clinic. The care we received from her was outstanding. She is with you every step of the way and always makes time to listen to your questions or concerns or to explain each process. We never felt like a 'number' or 'statistic' and we received a protocol that was individual to us. On our first round we did not make it to transfer and this time we have managed to freeze an embryo - something i thought would never happen.
