I gave birth in Portland hospital this December with Dr. Chilcott. He was very professional and made me feel safe and comfortable. We ended up having to use ventouse and needed some stitches - which went smooth. Separately, he was quick to respond to my mails when I had questions before delivery which I valued a lot. Overall, it was a positive experience and I would recommend him.

My baby was too small and getting fall off growth in the uterus, Mr Chilcott analyzed the situation for me and helped induce labor. After the delivery i got a terrible big blood loss, Mr Chilcott also helped me through the difficult time. Mr Chilcott is a very professional, careful and patient doctor. Thanks for saving my life!

From day 1 Mr Chilcott was very reassuring, patient and understanding. I could not speak more highly of him. He was very understanding of my history from a previous pregnancy, and put me at ease at every step of the way, explaining things methodically and ensuring all my questions were answered. The level of care and attention was of a high standard throughout, during pregnancy, for the birth and also post-natal care. I was quite nervous to go through pregnancy and birth during the pandemic, and it proved to be a great decision to get the continuity of care from Mr Chilcott. I would highly recommend him.

I won’t give my entire history but I’ve had a complicated gyn history. I’ve had 4 operations with him, and he has truly improved the quality of my life. He takes time to listen and explain. I have always felt that he actually cares. He is an excellent surgeon. He is as meticulous as you would want but extremely kind. He has always been honest and explained things to me. Can not rate highly enough.

He was fantastic during the induction and birth of our daughter. I felt very confident in his decisions and very well looked after in his care. The birth was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend him.
