As far as Mr Calaco is concerned, I found him to be courteous and professional. His explanations of the procedure was good and highly technical, which suited my curiosity. I would like to make some recommendations regarding the post operational requirements.. i.e. a printed sheet of personal preparation for the operation and techniques for managing with only one arm.

From my first meeting with Mr Collaco everything was explained in detail and the various options given this gave me complete confidence in him and I underwent surgery on my shoulder. When talking with him nothing was too much trouble. Altogether a very smooth experience
