The consultation was handled with care, attention and respect. I felt heard and grateful for the Dr's approach to exploring the possible causes to my issues/concerns. Dr Fidler was welcoming to both my partner and I, listening carefully to the symptoms I shared and provided a pathway of further investigation. At my subsequent procedure appointment, Dr Fidler again gave impeccable care, remained in full communication and provided me absolute reassurance of her capabilities. It’s all the little things with Dr Fidler that really do stand out for me. It is apparent she has passion, devotion and love for what she does, this isn’t something that she puts on just in front of the patient or behind closed doors in the consultation room. It is the environment she seems to generate just walking in the room, the sense of 'team' and 'collaboration', demonstrating a real care for each human in the room. It is apparent Dr Fidler takes pride in giving a great service, for example having only been a few minutes over the first appointment time she apologised profusely and made certain she provided her full attention. This level of personal accountability really is remarkable.

Dr Fidler is outstanding in avery aspect of her patient care. She is never anything but kind, calm and reassuring. I feel very fortunate to have been under her care, on and off, for more than 10 years. I can't recommend her highly enough - she is the best consultant I have ever encountered.
