Very nice man, knowledgeable thorough, precise and accommodating Maybe a little more explanation would be good during first consultation. However I appreciate will possibly get more of that in the follow up once tests results are back. In any case I feel like I am in good hands

Rushed through with no explanation of what my condition was or could be. Given pills and sent away. What do I do if the pills don't work

Answered all my questions and where the answer wasn't straightforward explained why diagnosis can be difficult. Correctly highlighted that should have come to see him or another ENT specialist sooner which has made me a little annoyed with my GP and Specsavers who did my hearing test in not also stressing this. NHS referral has resulted in unacceptable delay which is why i self referred. Perhaps should have spent a little more time discussing initial medication prescribed that I am now taking e.g. potential side effects although staff were also trying to book MRI scan at this point so I was a little distracted.
