Very knowledgeable and helpful. I came in after hurting my knee and and back doing yoga, running and weight lifting. Dr Bownes was the only doctor whose advice wasn’t “stop exercising” and instead worked with me to build me back up to a level where I can safely exercise again. Great knowledge of facilities available in London for recovery/physiotherapy/gyms/etc.
