I write to say thank you for your care and attention to my daughter Maia during our visit to London. I truly appreciated the professionalism of you and your staff at the Chelsea Clinic which gave me a much more positive view of the health care in London and the United Kingdom. When I met Dr Mahomed in November she immediately put me at ease with her manner and the fact that finally a Doctor was listening to my concerns. She was kind and gentle when examining J. Following the results that we received she followed up with several phone calls to check that we were dealing with the diagnosis ok as a family and has offered her ongoing support. I am very glad that I had a compassionate doctor delivering the results of J’s diagnosis to me.

Dr Fathima Mahomed is an excellent doctor, kind and knowledgeable. In her assessment of the issue, she takes into account numerous parameters, and provide valuable advice, to ensure the best possible results are achieved in the short and long term.

Fathima is great. Both times I have been to see her with my now 3 month old daughter she has been thorough and informative. Fathima is very personable and makes me feel at ease even if I have lots to ask her. She is also lovely with Savannah which is so important as a new mum.

I have only good things to say. She was very professional and warm putting Amber at ease. She was very clear with the diagnosis and we were so relieved to finally speak to someone who knew what was going on. I would certainly make sure we contact Dr Mahomed again should we need to.

Dr Fathima is a fantastic expert. Not only she knows what she is doing but also she has this incredible warmyh towarda children. All her diagnosis and recommended treatments were spot on. What I also appreciate a lot, is that she makes herself available to respond to texts quickly which is great for first time mothers full of questions like myself.

Dr. Mahomed is an exceptional physician dedicated to her work. Her intelligence and experience are evident upon meeting her. She skill-fully identifies the illness correctly and interacts with children and parents in the most compassionate way. Dr Mahomed went over and beyond her call of duty in that she helped us manage our I’ll baby by continuously calling and texting over the weekend and she even made a house visit during a snow storm to ensure our baby recovered from his critical condition. She is by far the most talented doctor we have ever met.

My wife and I found Dr Mahomed to be very kind and understanding to the needs of my son and us as parents. Dr Mahomed showed great empathy and appreciation of not only the current needs, but also of those from past experiences. Lastly, Dr Mahomed as been prompt and efficient with her communication with both my wife and I, as well as other medical professionals.

Dr Mohamed instantly connected with my little boy and put him at ease. She was very thorough in her assessment and was able to answer our long list of questions. I would wholeheartedly recommend her.

We are ever so grateful for Dr Mahomed's time and patience. The service was absolutely brilliant and i couldn't fault anything. She was able to give me time as the parent and break down all the information required, and make me feel comfortable. Dr Mahomed was brilliant with my daughter which is so important and key when dealing with the patient no matter how young or old. The vaccination was stress free and i felt my daughter was in the best of hands. A truly wonderful lady whom was welcoming, patient and very caring to any issues i raised which i feel is ever so important. I would be more than happy to return to the Portland and specifically ask to see Dr Mahomed to assist with any issues going forward for my daughter and I will highly recommend her going forward.
