A good clear explanation of what will happen at the first consultation, then the operation was done quickly and professionally, with lovely friendly and kind staff. (The sandwiches were gorgeous!) The aftercare has been exceptional. With instant answers to any questions I have asked about the healing on his WhatsApp account. I am delighted with the cosmetic outcome which is all due to Dr Ali.
