I first consulted Dr Emanuela a few years ago to help me deal with my very problematic skin on my face that was really getting me down. She was absolutely amazing, she hit the nail on the head straight away and was able to give me a correct diagnosis (something no other dermatologist/GP had been able to do) which meant I was able to quickly get on the correct medication. Dr Emanuela is very attentive and took very good care of me during my treatment, I am now happy to say I have had clear skin on my face for years! I have recently contacted Dr Emanuela again to help we deal with my chronic eczema on my hands, that severely worsened due to all the hand washing & antibacterial I’ve had to use. Dr Emanuela has a real talent of hitting the nail on the head straight away, she prescribed some creams that immediately relived my symptoms. So much so that my hand have never been this good in my life! They look like I’ve never had eczema before. I have had chronic eczema since a I was a child and no GP was able to find me something that truly helped. I can’t recommend this doctor enough she’s truly amazing at her job, life changing!

In May last year I was bitten by a dog and left with significant scarring and hardened tissue along the side of my nose and across my cheek. I was referred to Dr Campalani whom I found to be both incredibly empathetic and incredibly professional. She understood the trauma of having scarring on my face and suggested non invasive treatment in small increments; which she made as painless as possible. I am delighted to say that it has been entirely successful and my scarring has noticeably reduced and the hardened tissue is now soft and runs along the contour of my nose; it is no longer a hard ridge. What I appreciated most of all was the personal care and attention I received, I really felt like I was being listened to and that Dr Campalani wanted the treatment to be as successful as I did. She also took a very measured approach to the injections I had, suggesting leaving appointments for increasingly longer periods of time to see how well I would heal rather than 'pushing' excessive treatments.
